Current budget build

I am putting together a budget gaming pc that I am building for WoW, Star Wars: Old Republic, Diablo 3 and starcraft 2. I already ordered all the parts and saw that I accidentally got the 3570 instead of the k version. My question is it worth the hassle to return the 3570 for the k or can I run everything I listed without OCing the CPU?

My specs:
Asus Sabertooth z77 mobo
i5 3570
8gb corsair vengeance ram
Sapphire HD 7950 3gb boost edition
Rosewill 700w PSU
Thermaltake Frio duo processor fan

If you are going to be overclocking then yes, get the 3570k otherwise there is no point.

I need to edit my first post I was trying to figure out with what I am playing do I need to worry about overclocking it or will what I have run what I listed fine.

They games will run fine the specs you have listed, however i would recommend getting the 3570k as it is only $5-10 more than the 3570 just incase you may want to overclock in the future.
