Help with buying new CPU

Hey there. I am looking to get a new CPU but i am on a budget of around £100. I really want it to be a quad core CPU and be in budget if possible. Also will it work with my specs and will it fit on my motherboard.

4gb ram

Intel core duo E5800 3.20GHz

ATI radeon HD 5450 ( ATI Radeon 6700 HD 2gb )

1 tb HDD

300w PSU

ASUS P5G41T-M LX2/GB Motherboard

You have a socket 775 motherboard and is is very outdated. It would be better to save and upgrade your ram, cpu, and motherboard all at once.
