When playing a video in opera (newest version) with the flash player plugin (newest version) from any video site from youtube to gameinformer's replay hub or cnet's reviews, my 1010mhz overclock is reverted to 900mhz on my primary gpu but not my secondary gpu (Gigabyte Radeon HD 7950 with the triple cooling fan solution both are identical but purchased on different dates)
When not playing video the cards perform flawlessly at triple 1080p gaming and at mining bitcoins at 512Mhash/s per card. When playing video I experience major frame studdering in games and one gpu drops down to ~450Mhash/s.
Any ideas of why flash player would cause this?
