How much better is this graphics card than the other

Asus HD7770 or Gigabyte GTX650 Ti

I know that the GTX650 Ti is better, faster and it costs more but how much better is it from the AMD HD 7770? My main reason for buying a new graphics card is to play games that are compatible with DX11. If they both do the same job basically I would prefer to go with the cheaper one. unless someone can state a reason why the 650 is the better option (other than it just being faster). I have read reviews and the variety of charts and stuff but I still don't know which one I should buy.

at 1600x900 the 7770 should do fine in most games except for the most demanding ones

the 650ti or the 7790 should let you max out settings better though

the price difference was because the performance difference of the two. just look at the benchmark. did you think the extra cost on GTX650 Ti will worth the extra performance it brings over 7770? if yes then get it if no 7770 is your choice. you might want to see performance/price on the pre oc 7770 against 650 Ti as well

I have a 21 inch monitor and I believe I play at around 1600 x 900
