Hi, a computing newbie here.I am thinking of buying the Radeon 7750 MSI 2GB as a GPU upgrade for my Dell Inspiron 660, which has an Intel intergrated Graphics card. Also, will this card work on a 300w PSU?

If you need specs, please tell me which specs you need :)  .

You've got enough room for the expansion slots. Doubt you'll have an issue unless your 300W supply is a really, really crappy one for efficiency.

I also have 1 more question.

Does the Graphics Card need a 6 pin connector?

No. It pulls all the power you need off the motherboard on the majority of 7750 cards.

Dell PSUs are actually pretty decent, better than the average OEM PSUs other brandnames tend to use. Dell traditionally underrates their PSUs as well. So It is slightly more powerful than what the specs states. By slight I mean probably no more than 25w.

Sapphire 7750 was reported to work on Dell PSU of even 220 watt! It was low profile card, on 300 watt any card without additional 6 pin power supply connector will work, don't be fool by the 400 watt requirements, not applicable in this case. Just pay attention on DDR speed, 2 GB usually are DDR3 and 1 GB are usually DDR5, which is faster. There is also one GTX 650 card which will work here - Zotac low profile, http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E1681... no additional 6 pin power connector!
This is about it. Unless you upgrade your power supply, Inspiron 660 MT (mini tower) will fit almost any standard ATX power supply (actually any, but some work will be required to bend a few metal parts of the case), after upgrading power supply you can install any video card which will PHISICALLY fit inside!
