Hi friends my name is Swapnil
Tiwari and I live in New Delhi,
India. This is my first time building
a Gaming PC from scratch. I want
to play all the upcoming games on
maximum settings at 60+ FPS @
1080p. The budget is Rs.
100,000($1,837). I have finalised
all the components and Graphic
Card i.e. Radeon HD 7970 GHz
Edition, but I am torn between
these two cards :
