Hi friends my name is Swapnil
Tiwari and I live in New Delhi,
India. This is my first time building
a Gaming PC from scratch. I want
to play all the upcoming games on
maximum settings at 60+ FPS @
1080p. The budget is Rs.
100,000($1,837). I have finalised
all the components and Graphic
Card i.e. Radeon HD 7970 GHz
Edition, but I am torn between
these two cards :
Gigabyte AMD/ATI GV-R797OC-3GD
3 GB GDDR5 Graphics Card

GPU Clock : 1000 MHz
Price : Rs. 29,250($538)
OR
Sapphire AMD/ATI HD 7970 DDR5
Vapor-X 3 GB GDDR5 Graphics
Card

GPU Clock : 1000 MHz
Price : Rs. 34,550($635)
I am leaning towards Gigabyte as it
is cheaper and benchmarks show
the performance of both the cards
are almost identical. Here's the

CPU Cooler : Cooler Master Hyper

Neither of your links work, I would suggest fixing those.

I'd go for the Sapphire Vapor-X myself. The Gigabyte Windforce 3X is a fairly decent cooling solution as well.

Get the Gigabyte, there is no reason to spend the extra money.
