what do u mean by best resolution?
The game can be played on REALLY high resolutions like 1440p, 1600p, that a 660 cannot handle,
and if u count multiple monitors, the resolution is JUST crazy!!
but, that is not important

Hi,
the best resolution is around 1920×1080 if your screen can support it on ultra setting: I say no you won't be able to unless you overclock at least your cpu to 4.2 ghz and depends on the brand you get for the gtx 660 non ti (most 660 non ti is limited when overclock.
You would have better luck in getting a gtx 680 ti

I can't max out the game with highest AA and highest details, with an i5-3570 (3.4 GHz (3.8GHz turbo)) and a GTX 670 at 1080p, so you won't neither. 
Not a chance you'll have to have a mixture of ultra high and high to keep anything over 40 fps (I did it on a i7 3700 and 660 Windforce), with smaa x1, 1920x1080. Like the people above said, the only single GPU that can do it at 1080p is the Titan but that costs as much as your whole rig alone.
