Weird glitch while browsing with 7970

When I browse, I frequently get these black boxes that are persistent and will not go away: http://puu.sh/2jpqq/df096f6c9a

I have tried about 5-6 different driver versions, and it still happens. Anyone have any ideas?

I am absolutely doing nothing at all in the background. The only process I have open is Chrome, and it happens constantly.

It does, but very rarely. It mostly happens with Chrome and games.
