like the title says guys, no idea why my msi gtx 680 is power spiking all the way up to 300- 305%. but every time it does, i get a driver crash which is getting extremely annoying. im only using a mild oc of +80/ +300, however it crashes basically anywhere other than at stock settings..

+1 Oc isn't a good reference as every card is different, some will reach 1400, other will be stuck at 1100 orcan't even overclock...

PS: I've seen ASUS block OC on their low end by directly block the BIOS on the GPU (560ti OC= 940mhz max vs TOP 1000mhz+)... Maybe they all do this now...

at +80 it sits at 1215. so you suggest continue to lower the oc until it stops crashing?

im sorry i guess i just dont understand why it power spikes up to 300%? i ran run it at 1300mhz until that power spike comes...
