Do I have back light bleeding? And how bad?

So, I ordered a new 'VN247 23.6"' LCD computer screen. I then, opened up a black screen to see if I was getting back light bleeding and came across this.

Well how do pictures look? If you can see the light bleeding like that in other applications or in game really your only option is returning it.
