ok so i had been using gt70 for a while. Some games like battlefield 3, arkham city, blackop 2 are running great with high frame rate. However, I recently bought dmc and tomb raider and it is running slow as hell. I plugged in the ac adapter and changed it into gaming mode, still no good. Is this a problem consering with the computer or is it because I have gtx 670 graphic card?

try updating your drivers
gtx 670 can actually run tomb raider and dmc like eating breakfast,this has happened once with my 570 and i didnt know what to do so i formatted my system and installed windows again and then it was normal,

that GT70 is based on GTX670M. in regular dekstop graphic card that would be GTX460 192 bit which is more like entry level for gaming card for dekstop right now. (the original 460 was launch as a mid range card back in 2010). the gpu should have no problem to run the latest DMC but as for tomb raider you need to disable tressfx if you want to have any chance to play it. i was able to play on high setting without AA with good fps in tomb raider. using tressfx will lower my fps from 40-50 fps to single digit. other than that make sure you have both latest driver and patch for the game. this is one of rare case that the dev needs to re-write the game code to optimize the game for nvidia cards
