for a Delta Electronics DPS-250AB-7C 250watts ATX Power Supply Unit its a SFF

any1 know a good brand PSU that can replace the above PSU?

Hi - You didn't list yor sys specs or budget$ for a PSU, so I'll assume that
you need only 250w or greater std ATX PSU. The brand offering the most
quality choices @350w or less is Seasonic. However, they rarely go on sale
and you might be better off going to the 400-450w as the price/value is
going to be more appealing.

Look for brands such as Corsair, Antec, XFX.

He's looking for a SFF (small form factor) PSU, the one you had before has a 1 24pin, 1 4 pin, 2 molex and 4 sata connectors right? this one has 20+4 pin connector (will work), 1 4 pin, 3 molex connectors, 2 sata and 1 floppy connector, so this should do it.

Good luck trying to find a custom form factor power supply with physical dimensions of 4.7"W x 4.7"D x 3.2"H.

No SFX, TFX, mini ITX, micro ATX form factor PSUs will fit.
