Solution
First CORE TEMP is the most Unreliable system I have run a crossed, Second AIDA doesn't give the CPU temp just Core temps of the CPU and is not accurate to go by with an AMD. The only semi accurate reading you provided is H\W monitor which I use and seems to be fairly accurate. So the answer is go with Hard ware monitor from CPUID for accuracy.

/gasp/ coretemp .... unreliable!? :(
Just kidding :)

Core temp can be a bit unreliable, strangely producing temps that should only ever belong in Alaska. Unless ... you are in Alaska....

Always go with HWMonitor/Speccy(one of my favorites, also shows tmeps of motherboard and cpu) if/when core temp is on crack.
