What is the best bang for my buck for upgrading my computer for PC Gaming. I don't game as much on PC, but I would like it to be able to play games with a good frame rate.

Operating System
Microsoft Windows 7 Professional 32-bit SP1
CPU
Intel Pentium G620 @ 2.60GHz 49 °C
Sandy Bridge 32nm Technology
RAM
2.00 GB Single-Channel DDR3 @ 532MHz (7-7-7-20)
Motherboard
ASRock H61M-DGS (CPUSocket) 36 °C
Graphics
DELL E198WFP (1440x900@60Hz)
Intel HD Graphics Family
Power Supply
300W PSU

Any suggestions? Looking to spend around $100.

Solution
Because of your 32 bit operating system [ that cant use a lot of RAM] and your low wattage psu

you should check inside you case that your mb has a pci-e x 16 slot for a graphics card . Many budget oem mb's wont .
Then you need to check you have a pci-e power connector on the power supply , or just a free molex connector which will work with the adapter cable that ships with the graphics card.
and then you should buy this Radeon 7770 for $105 with a free game

It will put your power supply under a bit of stress , but if the psu is a quality item it will work well enough even though it is below the recommended wattage...
