With any given base clock of a GPU, you will get a set pixel/texture fillrate. For example, on a reference gtx 670 your pixel fillrate will be 25.6 with a base clock of 915 or with a oc version with a base clock of 980 your pixel fillrate will be 27.4. Since kepler gpus each have a different max boost clock, will this also affect the pixel/texture fillrate although it will not read a higher rate on something like gpu-z? Or is this max boost only affecting clock speeds and leaves fillrates at what your gpu's base clock is set at?
