Stay away from Raidmax psus no matter what your budget. Raidmax is Tier 5, while a high-end build like that deserves at least a Tier 2 psu, if not Tier 1:

For a gaming build you only need 8 GB of ram, not 32GB.

Get an aftermarket cooler, such as a Hyper 212 evo, if you plan to overclock.

A GTX 680 seems like overkill for a 1600x900 monitor. Something like a GTX 650 Ti might be enough.

If you are planning on doing video editing then the 32GB of RAM will be great, but if you only want to use this rig for gaming you could go with 8GB or 16GB and you would be fine. You won't notice any performance increase in games having anything more than 8GB I'm pretty sure.
