I'm not sure as I have never used them. If you wish to try one of them I strongly suggest you create a restore point or make an image of your drive before installing so you can restore to the current state in case something goes terribly wrong.

For the ATI you can go here - http://support.amd.com/us/kbarticles/Pages/737-28041SupportforATIMobility.aspx -and select the computer manufacturer from the list.
For the Intel HD you can go here - http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/search.html?toplevelcategory=Support%2FSPT+Downloads+%26+Drivers&storeKeyword=intel+hd+graphics&lstLanguages=en_us&contenttype=&advanced=false&editAdvanced=false&allwords=intel+hd+graphics&exactwords=&nonewords=&topicarea=

For laptops you should go to your manufactures site to get the drivers. A lot of laptops use custom drivers from the manufacture so AMD's default drivers may not work I have run into that problem a few times with laptops. But since you did not post the make/model of your laptop I can not check it.
