As the title states for some reason my video card is causing my computer to hang at the bios screen and yes I know for sure that its my video card as I have replaced the motherboard tried a different hard drive, had everything unplugged but the video card and it would not post. It would lock my computer up at either the bios screen, or the black screen with blinking cursor. After I switched out my 670 for a different card it posted and rebooted a number of times with zero issue. I put the 670 in a different computer that worked and it caused the same issue it would just sit at the bios screen.
For my computer I have a Corsair GS600 PS which should be more then enough to run the card and I am not OCing the card at all. I just bought the card 2 months ago so I am at a loss of whats wrong. Did the card burn out and fry or could it be something else?

I would say you have a bad GPU it happens sometimes and sucks when it is you that gets one. You should RMA the card as fast as you can. Be clear with them on what the GPU is doing. I have had to RMA parts with MSI before and have not had any problems with them. Good Luck hope you get it solved soon. And despite your problems the MSI GTX 670 Twin Frozor is a good card.

+1 i agree.
