Netgear Firewall - how to disable?

Hi all,
I am the admin of my home network and setup my netgear WNDR4300 to block youtube from my kids. It ended up blocking it on my own LAN connected PC! I have uninstall Parental controls (which is useless by the way) removed all block site info from within the router, but still Youtube is being blocked by my Netgear firewall ONLY ON MY PC. NOT ON ANY IPAD! I have rebooted the router and PC a few times after changing stuff but no luck! Is there someone out there that can help me fix this, I do not wanna factory restore my router since I have a lot of MAC address security which I dread to re-type... Any help please do so, please...

Hi, his is not a breach request of any measures, merely a request for help on something that is kinda broken or not working...

Well you could try the obvious...or maybe not if you think the mac security means something. Change the mac of you PC to the same as your IPPAD.

You could also plug directly into the internet connection to verify it is not the PC itself causing the issue.

I suspect you are going to be better off wiping it and starting again, there likely is something that did not completely delete.
