I'm using a z68ma-d2h-b3 rev 1.3 on F8 bios. I want to upgrade to the new uefi bios for the added overclocking options, but will I need to update the bios with each update along the way? So there's an F9, F10, then the U1C. Also, what will be the best way to flash them? I've read that qflash is bad for a uefi flash, and that @bios is a bad idea too.
