CPU-cooler vs Case

Hello. I encountered a problem when selecting a case for my computer.
I have a CPU-cooler Thermalright SilverArrow SB-E.

Now I want to buy a case, but don't know which is better to take.

I stopped my choice on Thermaltake v9 VM400M1W2Z (Black Edition)

I would like to know whether this cooler fit in the case? (the expected motherboard - ASUS P8Z77-V DELUXE)?

And Thermalright SilverArrow SB-E is ca 170mm high. So it do not fit to that case.
This fits fine: Thermalright HR-02 Macho Rev.A (BW) or Noctua NH-D14 is 160mm high. fits too.
