after installing a PNY Ge force Gt650 on an inspiron 530 the system stops at reboot, it gives the message improper shutdown when restarting after driver install,I changed the power supply to 600watts,set the bios setting to pci e, unloaded old drivers and reinstalled new drivers and still getting the message,Iam out of ideas ,any help?
