Broken keyboard drivers

After spilling water on my wireless keyboard, I dried every affected key I could, but after plugging the usb dangle back in, it acted thoroughly weirdly, and strangest of all using my mum's wired mouse and keyboard, the same errors occurred. I've tried reinstalling drivers, HID drivers and countless restarts and nothing works! Any advice?

Examples of errors include:

1. Almost all letters don't work (when logging in I had to mash win+alt in front of every letter and miraculously it typed my password in)
2. In Google chrome, f and e keys open up the menu.
3. Space bar opens up an explorer window.
4. Cntrl and alt keys open up the task bar explorer window menu.
5. Double clicking on shortcuts opens up properties.
6. Clicking on links in chrome downloads a Web page of the link.

Have you removed the reviver for the wireless keyboard?

If some keys are being pressed forever due to a short(lets say you have ALT jammed[shorted closed], then double clicking a folder will bring un the properties. It also downloads things in chrome), even a second keyboard will do fun stuff.

I think you might be right, I have tried removing the receiver, with no change =/ strange that it affects a different keyboard D: any suggestions of what to do next?

I did indeed remove the batteries (its the Microsoft Wireless Desktop 3000) but no change, I've tried roll back drivers and still no change D: and I just rebooted, neither keyboard worked in the bios D: this is really strange D:
