Hi ronintexas,

When in Disk Management I see 7 drives -

C: - File System, NTFS; Status, Healthy (Boot,Page File, Crash Dump, Primary Partition)
F: - File System, NTFS; Status, Healthy (Primary Partition)
SYSTEM RESERVED D: - File System, NTFS; Status, Healthy (Active, Primary Partition)

Then there are four drives without a letter.
Three of these say Recovery Partition in the Status field while one says EFI System Partition.
If I click More Actions on any of the Recovery Partition drives I get the options to Refresh, Rescan Disks, Create VHD, Attach VHD, View.
When I click More Actions (or right-click) on the EFI System Partition Idrive get the option to select All Tasks yet no options are available after.

Yes but I'm unable to see my documents when I explore the F:.

Are there any files on the F: drive? Check properties of the drive - used space vs. free space. In some instances you may need to go to the security tab, click advanced, then click owner, and click edit to add your name as the owner of the drive. This should replace the file permissions to your current user, if the files are still there.
