It sounds like you could have poor air flow. Could you show us what your case looks like with a picture?
You can adjust your fan profile with MSI Afterburner, or just setting it to a specific speed in the CCC, but I much prefer the MSI Afterburner option, as it'll adjust speeds as needed, rather than leaving it full blast.
As long as the box is closed up, that is poor air flow. That harddrive dangling there will get in the way of the grill at the front, and that grill could definitely use a fan to suck air in. Then once everything it together, you want to keep the cables compact so they don't block much air.
Your computer creates heat, and that heat goes into your case. Unless the heat leaves the case, it'll heat up all your components. Having fans in the front sucking new air in, and fans in the back pushing air out, you help keep everything cooler.
