New build, no beep, no display

Hiya! It's my first time building a computer, i'v read the manuals times and alot of forums posts but i can't seem to get singal from my motherboard to my sceen, It makes no beeps when ram is removed all fans are spinning.
Nothing in VGA,HDMI,DVI

My build is

Intel® Core i7-3770K Processor
Sapphire Radeon HD 7950 3GB GDDR5
4x Kingston 8GB DDR3 1333MHz
MSI Z77A-GD65, Socket-1155

Theres your problem. You need to plug the monitor into the graphics card, not the motherboard.

If that doesn't fix the problem I would suggest working through our standard troubleshooting checklist. The checklist was created to troubleshoot this exact type of problem. There's a link to the checklist in my signature.

Thanks but i've already gone though that post 2 times, i forgot to mention that when i power my computer on, it runs for like 3 sec's then turns off for like 2sec and then starts up again, everything spins and runs

Anyway.. it sounds to me like the system is not getting enough power. What is your PSU?
