will amd athlonIIx4 641 bottleneck HD7950?

On the plus side if you do upgrade your cpu or MB a year from now your card will still be good. Though I'm not sure what card you have now but it mayb worth looking into getting a 7950 and a new CPU like 63XX since the 7950 is around 300 and I think you can get the 6300 for $130.
