download the latest drivers from nvidia dont use windows device manager to detect if they work.
and if nvidia doesnt recognized it , try to connect it again.
also it could be that you dont have an SLI BRIDGE.
but if theyre working just find then i dont think this is something you should worry about

hey, thanks for the reply, when i go into the nvidia control panel, i do not see the option to enable sli. Also can i use the sli bridge on the second pair of fingers?
Note: I often get asked about the "yellow question mark" in Device Manager. The yellow question mark appears as the full sized device icon and will appear when a device is detected but not installed. You can solve this problem by updating the drivers for the device.

yes i have installed the latest drivers, if this is any help my mobo is an asrock z77 extreme 4, is there any thing that i have to do onboard to enable sli? thanks for the reply
Yeah is probably the sli bridge , or the sli connections of the card, uninstall the first card and put the second one its place, then if it works fine, put the card number one on the second slot and see if it works. And the second sli fingers just works with 3 or 4 way sli.

also if I plug both 6 pin power connectors on the bottom card the fan shoots real loud then turns off. it runs fine with only one 6 pin though
what Operating System are you running? Can't Install Nvidia Drivers! http://geekdrop.com/content/solved-nvidia-drivers-wont-install
I am running Windows 7 64 bit
o.k.
one of the cards is getting error code 43 in the device manager, also when I try a clean install of my driver the screen goes black and monitor turns off
