I have two gtx 680 combo deals that work with my budget which of the two would you run with ?

the gigabyite one has a lot better cooler than teh evga one and is a bit cheaper so clear win for gigabyte. you can even overclock it because of the better cooler. BUT be shure it fits in your case because it is a bit longer than a normal 680
