This http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813157274&IsVirtualParent=1 was the only one left that I could find that still supports that CPU...umm I will look on amazon and tigerdirect to see if they may have some but newegg thats all they had...

http://www.asrock.com/mb/AMD/A785GM-LE128M/?cat=CPU here look down at the bottom mid section? and see if your cpu is listed on the supported list...I'd recommend you checking whatever motherboard you do buy and make sure that your cpu is listed on that manufactures supported CPU list...before you buy a motherboard.

I'm hope that this response is not too late. I have a similar processor, so i speak from experience.
ASrock has released last year in the fall a motherboard for older processors like ours, named GC-GS FX, which can support am2/am2+/am3/am3+ processors. I have bought one to replace my older asrock a780lm-s, but i have found the
new one to be similar in every aspect to the old one (chipset, graphics, ecc and performance), there are small differences in the layout, the new one has 6 sata and support ddr2 and ddr3 separatelly. I highly recommend it because you can buy a newer opteron and it will fit too, i have a 3380 which works as well. Beside this is brand new, something happens you can replace it, if you buy a second-hand one can be problematic, not all of them have in bios the code for opteron processors.
