First if you haven't already I'd update your bios http://www.asrock.com/mb/download.asp?Model=Z77%20Extreme4&o=BIOS
as they have added a lot more support for mouse/keyboard and usb stuff along with some ram support and a hole lot of other stuff....
Also http://www.overclock.net/t/1333612/asrock-z77-extreme4-3570k-oc-settings-with-bios-screenshots you can check out this guys setup
I cannot tell you what your best settings would be as you did not provide enough info..
If you download and install this program and past the summery of it in your next reply then I can help you out more but for now try looking at this guys settings and see if any of it might benefit your bios setup.

I wouldn't flash your bios unless your having issues.If your bios flash goes wrong you might brick the board.
