Yes, those all fit and will work...

However I have a suggestion. Ditch that heatsink!!! its crap and basically a copy of the stock Intel heatsink. Your CPU comes with a decent heatsink already. You won't be overclocking with either that motherboard or CPU so the stock heatsink is fine.

Well, the best one for a good price is the Coolermaster hyper 212 evo. But I dont think you really need one with your setup. the CPU comes with a nice heatsink. Its pretty quiet and does a good job.

Its cheaper, has a %20 off right now and matches your other components. Also DDR3 1600 is what speed Ivy Bridge runs the memory anyway so paying for DDR3 1866 is a bit of a waste.

yes, that is a great power supply. it have enough power for your build and plenty to spare... Even if you buy a bigger Graffics card in the future it will be fine.

If you would rather have a aftermarket cooler after watching that video here are cheap ones I like. i have used these in builds and they will work in that case.
