So after about 2-3 weeks of researching and lots of questions on this forum I have decided on this build which totals to ~$840
(I already bought the case, a coolermaster haf912)

The motherboard I'm not entirely sure about as its so expensive but it seems very good.
So any opinions? I cannot go higher pricewise but I can go down

Do you plan to overclock? Everything looks good other than the cpu/mobo combo. The 3350p is a locked processor but you chose a z77 motherboard. If you don't plan on overclocking, grab a H77 motherboard.
If you do plan on overclocking, grab the i5-3570k and a cpu cooler.

Your cpu is not overclockable (it lacks the K suffix). The mb is a Z77 chipset which primarily is for overclocking. If you don't plan to overclock you can save a few $ by going with a H77 board.

Also ppl will tell you that the memory doesn't need to go over 1600. That being said the price is good so I would keep it.

Yeah the ram is cheaper then 8gb of 1600 so I can just underclock it right?
And no probably not overclocking or crossfire.
Which H77 board has good reviews that I should get?

If you're fine with a micro-atx board, then get a the ASRock H77M. It has two ram slots and one pcie lane for one gpu. you can't crossfire, but with your psu it's not a problem.

Ok between these two boards which is better for my system and more reliable? Seems to me the matx h77m is better but I prefer full motherboards should I just get the matx? There's no features loss or future upgrades like video cards that won't work with it?

Why yould you buy a HAF 912 and then go with a microATX board? Get the ATX board.

it's just the matx board seems to have alot less bad reviews and its cheaper so I'm not entirely sure. I also got the case for the sufficient cooling and space for large graphic cards.

There's nothing wrong with getting mATX boards in a atx case. It's cheaper but has less features such as more pcie slots and ram slots. Both are a great choice.
