So after about 2-3 weeks of researching and lots of questions on this forum I have decided on this build which totals to ~$840
(I already bought the case, a coolermaster haf912)

The motherboard I'm not entirely sure about as its so expensive but it seems very good.
So any opinions? I cannot go higher pricewise but I can go down :p

Do you plan to overclock? Everything looks good other than the cpu/mobo combo. The 3350p is a locked processor but you chose a z77 motherboard. If you don't plan on overclocking, grab a H77 motherboard.
If you do plan on overclocking, grab the i5-3570k and a cpu cooler.

Your cpu is not overclockable (it lacks the K suffix). The mb is a Z77 chipset which primarily is for overclocking. If you don't plan to overclock you can save a few $ by going with a H77 board.

Also ppl will tell you that the memory doesn't need to go over 1600. That being said the price is good so I would keep it.

That's what I was thinking :) it's just the matx board seems to have alot less bad reviews and its cheaper so I'm not entirely sure. I also got the case for the sufficient cooling and space for large graphic cards.
