Price is 889.95 for each computer (going to get probably 10 of them)

Microsoft office home and business 2010 - 269.95
Omnipage 18 standard full retail box for windows - 179.95
This does not include labor time to put the computer together and set them up estimated to be about 6-8 hrs at i think 150$ an hr.
I have a couple questions, is this fair price? Can i get similar build just from dell or hp and have the it guy just remove all the bloatware from each computer? I would still need to buy the software of course which i think i can get get much cheaper from another place online. Let me know your guys thoughts. Im asking because this is a big cost for the company to upgrade all of the computers.
