i have HP-g6-2080-ee laptop. it has Radeon HD 7670m and HD Graphics 4000.
i currently downloaded this file sp57269 and installed it . But i'm asking if i can download AMD_Catalyst_13.3_Beta3 and install it so my laptop can just use the AMD graphic card? Or i must always download a software which will verify the HD Graphics 4000 and the Radeon ?

i haven't heard much about amd auto switching gpu mechanism ala nvidia optimus. (something called enduro i think). last i heard it doesn't really work like people like it to be. but you can install both latest driver for your igp and amd cards if you want to. i see no problem there. if you don't want to use intel igp at all then you have to look where to disable it entirely. not sure if it can be done through windows but if you go to bios there should be an option for it to use amd gpu only
