That system will work. The only comment I would make is that the PSU is oversized. You could save some money and get a more efficient Silverstone or PC Power and Cooling 450-500, which would put the power draw more in the center - thus getting more efficiency.

That cpu is old, but still capable, so it's fine.

I recommend the 650 ti boost, as it's the best price/performance you can get currently. It shouldn't cost much more.

That motherboard isn't crossfire ready, so you may want to get a different one that does.

Get 2x4gb ram, it shouldn't change the price and allows for upgrading down the line.

You don't need 750 watts for this system. Since you can't do crossfire with that motherboard, it would be useless for you to get 750 watts. You only need 400, so save some money here and put it into other areas of the build, such as the gpu.

All the answer are great, but can the cpu and gpu run bf3 smoothly or i should get a diffrent cpu around 100euro or should i try a pentium g2130? And ill deffinetly change the psu;) or should i save a little bit more for a fx6300?

The fx 6300 is an awesome processor, and if you feel comfortable increasing your budget for it, I think it would be worth it. It is faster and overclocks better than the phenom and the pentium (the phenom is the better of these two), so out of those options it is your best choice.
