I have a Western Digitnal Caviar Blue as a boot drive(temporaly) and my HDD has a weird sound once it start to load things. My 2.1 audio setup has a big loud 10" sub located under my computer desk. My computer is on the desk and I need to know if my subwoofer is causing damage to my HDD by the intense vibrations. I ran test from WD and determined my drive was reading and writting data fine witout any corruption or damage but it still makes sounds. I love turning up my audio while in-game to improve my experience and be aware of my surroundings. I dont want headphones. Please help me :(

Unless the speakers magnet is within a foot of the hard drive I doubt that's it. More likely your hard drive is starting to fail. I'd make a backup image, replace the hard drive.
