Okay, Continued Build process a few new parts.

Current System:
CPU: i5 3570k;
cooler: CM Hyper 212 EVO;
MB: ASRock Z77 Extreme 4;
GPU: EVGA GTX 460 SC EE;
HDD: WD BC 1TB;
OPD: LG BR
PS: ThermalTake TR2 600watt;
Case: MSI IN623 Ravager.
added 2x CM sickle 120mm fans.

Last Build in different case worked fine, but wanted a new case. (PS was BFG ATX/EPU 650 Watt.) Bought new case, after install could not power it up. I have since Replaced power supply. It started up once as a test setup. Then I powered it down. Connected keyboard, mouse, monitor, speakers, and internet. I plugged it backed in turned on the back power supply switch. clicked the inside power button and nothing. (I've been having trouble getting the case switch to work.)

Any ideas why it won't power on?

As far as I can tell the case isn't grounding out the MB and everything is connected.

Nope, didn't work. Thanks though.

Just can't figure out how it would start one minute and not start the next.

Who knows, I had a gigabyte board that flacked out when i ran certain software and had to clear it all the time. I can't think of anything other than something touching, not hooked up or something got zapped by static. All you did was change cases. What if you screwy case switch is shorting out, try pulling i off the motherboard, and use the inside switch.

Update, Went to micro center They were convinced that the power supply did not have enough Amps. recommended 30-40 Amps.

PS 1: BFG had 2x 20A +12V. didn't work.
PS 2: Thermaltake TR2 600W had 23A. powerered up twice.
New PS: Corsair GS 750W and 63 Amps. Actually ran LotRo very well for about an hour or so, then rebooted like crazy. w/ each time inteval shorter than the last.

Any ideas?

Sad part is I got a replacement MB and it took longer to get it to work, but it too eventually crashed. After it worked for a few hours it started going into a series of reboots. finally had to shut it off.

Updated: Switched to old case, so far its stable and reinstalling Win 7. weird. What happens after a case exchange? What are the odds the new case will behave like this one?

New question:

Could the new case be causing an issue?

I've been told this could happen after switching cases.

As weird as it is. A friend suggested wiping the hd, repartitioning before switching back to the old case. I barely got my drive wiped, and couldn't even repartition in the new MSI Ravager case. However, I tore everything down and moved it to the old TT case. After about 16 hours of continuous use, everything is fine for now. I'm stumped.
