No. http://www.hwcompare.com/11774/radeon-hd-6770-1gb-vs-ra...

The Radeon HD 6770 1GB features a GPU clock speed of 900 MHz, and the 1024 MB of GDDR5 memory is set to run at 1050 MHz through a 128-bit bus. It also is made up of 800 SPUs, 40 TAUs, and 16 Raster Operation Units.

Compare those specifications to the Radeon HD 7750, which has a core clock frequency of 800 MHz and a GDDR5 memory frequency of 1125 MHz. It also features a 128-bit bus, and uses a 28 nm design. It features 512 SPUs, 32 TAUs, and 16 Raster Operation Units.

the gpu you originally linked was a hd6670?! I am pretty sure the hd7750 would murder it.

But yeah since OP is from India and prices are tad high over there, I guess the best he could get within that budget would be http://www.flipkart.com/sapphire-amd-ati-radeon-hd-6670...
