More about inexpensive decent motherboard
  1. Need some more info:
what cpu? Does it need to handle more than one GPU? Are you overclocking?
  2. Gigabyte anything ! Doesen't matter as long as it's current and 75 dollars and up !

I am intending to purchase an i5 3570K (hopefully to OC), and one Nvidia GeForce GTX 670

Yes this one looks good, might get it - thanks for the info
  5. Okay, with that budget, I recommend the following:
    ASRock Z77 Pro4 - $94.99 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813157296

It overclocks quite well (compared to similarly priced boards) and is fairly reliable.

    Edit:
The asus one that royalcrown linked is a b75 board. b75 can't overclock (except through bclk which isn't much). It would be a waste of your 3570k
See http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/LGA_1155 for info regarding chipsets.
  6. Either board looks good, I was going for trouble free rather than oc. Should mentioned my thinking, my bad.
