Hard to tell, primarily because of your graphics card. The rest of your system specs *technically* meet the bare minimum requirement, but I will warn you that if you can play the game, you won't get any kind of tolerable gameplay unless you turn down the graphics a good bit. And even then you won't ever hover consistently above 30FPS. I'd say hit up the system requirements lab website and run a scan on your system to be sure.

TL;DR - Barely.
