I just bought a D2343P, but when I tried it, the horizontal ( or is it vertical ?) pixel is highly visible ( like a tiny black lines crossing the screen horizontally). I've tried using the D-SUB cable, DVI cable, and HDMI, but it's still there. I've set the resolution on my computer to 1080p, and it's still there. Anyone buy a D2343P, and if yes, do you experience the same issue ? Or is 1080p on 23" is like that ?

No, It's not like that. You shouldn't see black lines. There must be something wrong. You should get the best result with the dvi cable and the 1080p resolution. What graphics card are you using? Does the osd of the monitor show, that you are on 1080p?

My graphic card is AMD HD 7750. I've tried using VGA cable, single link DVI-D cable ( I don't have a dual link one. I don't even know if my monitor support dual link. How to find out about that ?), and HDMI cable. All shows the same result.
What does osd means ? If it means the screen resolution on windows, yes, it says 1920x1080 (recommended, 3d). I've tried to disable the 'Enable stereostocopic settings for all supported display', and the result is the same.

I know that I'm not supposed to see black lines, because I have a 18.5" samsung with 1366x768, and I can't even see the pixel even when I look very closely at the monitor.

osd means on-screen display. The monitor will report the incoming resolution somewhere in it's menus. Anyway, it looks to me like the 3d setting is the problem. I never had a 3d enabled monitor, so i can only guess, that there is a setting in the amd vision engine control center to disable that.

nope, there's nothing on the CCC. Anyway, it's strange because if I change the resolution to 1280x720, the pixel seems to be a bit smaller compared to the 1920x1080, resulting the black lines not so visible, but a blurer images. What could this means ?
