Don't know what this fall's into if im in the wrong place just point is in the right direction.

Hi everyone my heads getting a bit melted with this problem and you's guys seem to be able to sort most things out. Im having problems playing games and running VMware not at the same time. my computer would just lock up at what seems like random times I've come to learn things aren't random in the computer world. I've went to event viewer and check and the only thing I got off it was that the system shut down and restarted unexpectedly (that was cause I had to do it manually). I have a decent enough card in it well enough to run the game at lest but once it go's the first time it would keep happening freezing that is at first I thought it was a faulty driver but all drivers are up to date and the OS is up to date the game as the latest patch. I've even done a clean install of windows 7 to see if the problem fallowed to which it did. Then I thought the resolution might be to high so I knocked it down low and still it happened but I cant understand it now as it seems to come and go as it pleases.

I have the Medion Akoya E4057 D with the AMD Radeon HD 7700 card I know its not really to of the range but I was only looking to play Darksiders 2 but cant really get to pay it.

So that's my story thanks for taking the time reading it and I hope someone can help me in some way. cheers for taking the time to read.

Wee bit more info. (this is turning into a blog cause It just seems like theres just me in here.)
Ok I've tried sfc/scannow and disk check as well as memtest for 8 pass disk defrag all with no errors I've checked logged files and nothing is flagged up as a warning or error is there any more test's I could preform to check im really thinking hdd but its only three months old if even. I was on the net checking for processor errors but what ive read is if the processor is not working right windows wont open which I guess is about right but what if the clock is off the screen just stays where it is and the music cuts out with no input at all I have three screens which none work and I cant access any resources through the network its like the computer is not on my network.

My guess would have to be a messed up MB. If your NIC is part of the MB that is. I noticed you tested everything else except the MB. Also another indication would be if your Video card is also intigrated with the MB. Doesn't seem like a PS, MEM, HD or Processor. and if you reinstalled the OS all that is left is that. one thing to maybe try out is to see if this happened when a USB port just recently started getting used. I once had problems with a Ipod Nano that would mess with random stuff on my PC when it was plugged in and rebooted. the cheap trouble shoot would be to check that first.

Hi pal cheers for getting back to is what whats up with the NIC that it would cause problems with freezing ive got MB monitoring programs but nothin for error reports would you know any that could find errors if any. i have integrated graphics card but i bought a new external card and i still get the freezing even if i uninstall it or disabling it as well and i still get the problem. Now when you say about the USB my ears sort of picked up cause im getting error's about printer spooler or something i've not took much notice as i dont think it was a bit issue i have got a error at the start of all this that i have keept but ive never seen it again i will post that now just incase it might help.

The maximum file size for session "Circular Kernel Context Logger" has been reached. As a result, events might be lost (not logged) to file "C:\Windows\system32\WDI\LogFiles\BootCKCL.etl". The maximum files size is currently set to 104857600 bytes.

I have changed the values in the reg so i would not get this error again and i have not but you might know more than me about this kinda thing.
