Asrock 970 Extreme 3, Ram and CPU

Hi! I am an animator and a gamer, and I was wondering if my setup i am building my self would be compatible with everything. I am conserned about my motherboard
( Asrock 970 Extreme3 ) if it will work with my cpu ( AMD FX-8350 ). I can't find the cpu on the support list on asrock's website, but why wouldn't it work...?
and the next question is if my ram memory ( Corsair Dominator ) would work with the motherboard, on there site it says that the motherboard supports Corsair Dominator 8 Gigabyte, but the memory I would buy is 2x4 Gigabyte ( Corsair Dominator )...

and would my PSU support everything ( specs down there )...? is is a 750 w 80 plus modular PSU.

and i am going topick these i think, these have the exact same specifications as the one you sent and it is a 1x8 too witch is good, and i think this one looks cooler. :) thanks any ways ;)

I'm glad I can help. One more thing i should mention is that it would be better to have 2 sticks of memory vs 1 stick because with 2 you would be running dual channel configuration, which would yield better performance.
