Don't want to spend a ton of money on this build. I added a 750w psu so I could crossfire. I also don't need to play on ultra settings, however I want to make it so I can play every game at playable frame rates.

Radeon HD 7870 is a good option. If possible you may consider Radeon HD 7870 XT (Tahiti LE). HD7870XT is priced just a bit higher than HD7870. HD7870XT not cost you much and allows you to play almost any game at max settings. Have a look at the performance of Tahiti LE chipset at :
