I have os installed on my hdd and want to install on ssd and format the hdd. How do i go about installing windows 7 on my new ssd? I tried installing windows 7 on my ssd and it said it couldnt finish the windows 7 installation, so i removed the hdd and im trying to install windows 7 on the ssd again, is there something im doing wrong?

Have you gone into BIOS and set the SSD as the first boot device?
