hey guys i need some opinions on this because i dont want to spend more then i have to on this build but i want the best for my money. Which one is better? oh and im not comfortable overclocking so i wont be

I agree that it's an amazing card, but if they're considering a $400 card, they want that power.

Personally, I'd go with a EVGA 670 FTW - it's about the best option out there if you aren't overclocking, since that's where the 7970s start trashing Nvidia.

Honestly best bang for your buck is a 7870LEs. AMD did a great job with it, really out did themselves. Some people like Nvidia more, some people like AMD more. Currently AMD has the best bang for your buck IMHO.

The 7970, should you choose to overclock it, will do so magnificently. However, bear in mind that you can overclock your CPU with a 670 just as well as with a 7970 - the overclocking I'm talking about is overclocking of the graphics card itself.

The 7950 is also a very good card, and can overclock to be very close to what a 7970 can do.
