i7 3770k @ 4.2
Corsair H70 cooling
8gb Corsair vengeance ram
Corsair TX850 PSU
msi twin frozer gtx 680 4gb SC
msi z77a gd65 motherboard

When i play single player and have a lot of swarm units on my screen, my fps would drop really low 15-20fps! I play it on extreme settings because I thought that my system would handle this game with no issues what so ever and i'm really stomped at the fps that i'm getting. I've updated my drivers to the latest nvidia driver (314.22). What i've also noticed is that the game's affinity was only using 2 cores. In the task manager i changed the affinity to making it use all of my cores, but the game still decides to use only 2 cores. This is highly likely to be a problem on their end.Can someone please help me figure out whats going on here? thanks.

SC2 will run on a "toaster". The game is unusually CPU dependant(but written to use only 2 cores), an i7-3770k is overkill and will result in fps in the 100's.

It's likely that in your GPU control panel you are forcing AA(anti aliasing) on games. Don't do this, as it will drop your fps "like crazy", especially in SC2. And check you SC2 settings in-game menu too, Blizzard added the option on WoL a while ago, so I assume it's also on the HotS menu.

AA from control panel is not being forced. I've already made sure of that. Fps dose reach the 100s, but it only drops so low when there are many units on the screen (especially when they're walking on green water).
