Can the Antec VP-450 450 Watt Energy Star power supply fit my motherboard?
My computer is an Veriton m420 and i don't know what kind of motherboard it is. I am really new to this and hope it is okay that i am asking.

It's not a matter of fitting your mobo. It's whether the power supply will fit the case. The psu has two connection to the mobo both are fairly universal a 24 or 20 pin and a 8 or 4 pin connecter and the Antec vp-450 has those options.

^ what he said, that's about as good as budget PSU's come too, it's built differently so it's not eligible for an 80+ rating but it pulls something like 84%, which is very good for the price. Lot's of kids don't relieze this and will come and tell you it's a bad unit.
